Carricks Financial Partners for Life is a Cambridge based financial advisory business specialising in mortgages, insurance, KiwiSaver, and investments. They are focused on providing great advice to their clients, leading to strong and enduring relationships that last for years.

The team at Carricks is growing, so they are looking for an organised and reliable person to join their team to help keep things ticking along!

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Providing administrative support to our mortgage and life advisers
  • Organising meetings
  • Assisting advisers with quoting
  • Maintaining the CRM system
  • Assisting with the production of statements of advice for clients

You will need to have:

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Solid Microsoft 365 skills along with a tech savvy approach to systems
  • Experience with the financial industry (would be advantageous)
  • A process driven approach with great attention to detail
  • A warm and customer-centric style
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • The ability to take action and use initiative to get things done

The finer details:

This is a part-time role, working 20 hours per week, ideally Tuesday to Friday. School hours are definitely an option.
