Niko is seeking a Business Coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting our administrative operations for our Christchurch office. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively and contribute to our company’s success.

In this newly created role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery of technical administration support to our team of highly skilled engineers. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Provide general administration support across the Niko network
  • Project administration
  • Preparing proposals and tender documentation
  • Assisting with contractual reporting
  • Maintaining Niko’s controlled documentation database
  • Maintaining the Niko resources library
  • Assisting with HR processes
  • Supporting marketing and communication activities

You will have the ability to deliver high standards of business support with a professional, level-headed approach. We’re also looking for …

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Competency in the full suite of Microsoft applications
  • Experience in using Microsoft Power Apps will give you a definite advantage!
  • Experience in using Xero or similar

We are looking for a person who has a high-level initiative, the ability to make sense of information presented, and deliver to team requirements. It goes without saying that you are also a great relationship builder.
