Your core responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Frontline reception<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the onboarding of new clients<\/li>\n<li>Providing accounting and administration support to the team<\/li>\n<li>Preparing documentation, general administration and filing<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining client databases, Company Office registers and trust files<\/li>\n<li>Updating Company Office records,<\/li>\n<li>Anti-Money Laundering checks and Compliance Officer duties<\/li>\n<li>Checking client records when provided for end of year accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The core hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As the ideal person to fill this role you will have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A professional, friendly approach<\/li>\n<li>A great phone manner<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>A tech-savvy mind<\/li>\n<li>The ability to be able to fit into a well-established team with ease<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience in working with Xero and prior experience in an accounting firm is an advantage.
