The Role
As a Loan Writer at Nest, you’ll be the key link between clients and lenders, ensuring loans progress smoothly from approval to settlement.
There’s no micromanagement— you’ll have the freedom to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing loan applications, agreements, and disclosures
- Delivering exceptional service and build strong client and lender relationships
- Guiding clients through the loan process and answer any queries
- Ensuring client information is complete and accurate
- Securing loan approvals from banks & other lenders
- Collaborating with the team for smooth and timely loan processing
- Staying up to date on loan products and industry regulations.
About You
You have New Zealand experience in banking or loan writing, with a knack for building strong relationships that leave a positive impact. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure helps you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You’re confident using modern technology, and your communication skills are top-notch. Most importantly, you’re a true team player, ready to collaborate and contribute to shared success.
