The Role

As an Entry-Level Mortgage Advisor at Nest, you’re not just pushing paper—you’re building on your previous banking or lending experience, learning the craft on your journey to become a great Mortgage Advisor.

You’re the go-to person for clients, supporting them through the exciting (and sometimes a bit nerve-wracking) mortgage journey.

While there’s no micromanagement, you’ll have plenty of support and guidance to help you succeed in your role while also contributing to a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Helping clients get their mortgage sorted, from the first chat to signing on the dotted line
• Preparing loan applications, agreements and disclosures, making sure all the details are on point—accuracy is key!
• Delivering exceptional service and building strong client and lender relationships
• Securing loan approvals from banks & other lenders
• Working closely with the Nest crew to make sure everything flows smoothly
• Staying up to date on the latest mortgage products and industry trends.

About You

You have New Zealand experience in banking, lending, or loan writing, with a knack for building strong relationships that leave a positive impact. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure helps you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You’re confident using modern technology, and your communication skills are top-notch. Most importantly, you’re a true team player, ready to collaborate and contribute to shared success.
