What is a triangular employment arrangement?

It’s where an employee is employed by one company or organisation but works under the control or direction of a third party organisation. Examples are labour-hire companies, recruitment or temp agencies, or secondments.

The Employment Relations (Triangular Employment) Amendment Act 2019 comes into force late June.
