In this role you will provide the team with high-level, administrative support. If you possess the following attributes then you may be the person we are looking for:

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating tender and contract documents
- Liaising with clients, staff and sub-contractors
- Maintaining all insurance and Health & Safety documentation
- Managing and maintaining all accounts and inventory functions including debtors, creditors, asset management, vehicles, leases and tools
- Managing all payroll and IRD requirements
The ability to take ownership of the role by being a self starter and having great attention to detail will ensure your success along with previous experience in a PA/EA or Administration role.
Experience in the construction industry would be an advantage but not essential.
