Based in the picturesque town of Cambridge, People in Mind has been providing a comprehensive human resource consulting service to businesses all over the greater Waikato region since 2001.

We’ve met some amazing business owners committed to their employees even when times aren’t perfect. We’ve worked with business owners wanting to provide the best for their staff, and we’ve worked with business owners who have really struggled to find a way through some of the challenges employers face.

As a business we represent the business owners—not the employees. We of course do work with employers and their employees to resolve issues, meet challenges and help with change.

And with 10 years experience including infield operations, we know pretty much most of the issues inside out… however we’re always open to new challenges!!!

Our role is simple —  it is to work alongside you as the business owner; to become part of your team so that we can quickly and efficiently pass on the necessary HR information to you and your team. Knowing the rules is one thing — being able to manage those rules to suit the unique style of your business is just as important. And we help you do that!
